Any inquiries as to changes to the original reservations need to be made in writing no later than 1 month before the date of the class. We will do our best to accommodate all requests but do not offer any guarantees, for daily classes we it is usually not a problem in the high season even last minute.
If you wish to cancel or change your reservations you must inform us in writing by email. Your request will be officially accepted once we receive this request. If cancellation is made prior to 30 days of the class/course date a 20% fee will be charged of the total class/course cost amount the difference will be refunded. If there is a request to change a date and an alternative date can be assigned then no charges will be made. If a request for cancellation or a request to switch a date occurs in less than 30 days of the original class date then a refund of 50% will be issued, the class date change charge will be at our discretion which can be from 0% to 50%.
If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the specified class start date a refund will not be issued.
Reservations can be given as a gift or exchanged with another person, some penalties may apply.
We do have a minimum participant level of 4. Good Tastes of Tuscany reserves the right to cancel or reschedule its classes or tours in accordance with its operating requirements or for circumstances beyond its control, such as insufficient participation or any other unforeseen incident (such as safety reasons, illness, etc.). All prepaid participants will receive 100% refund unless an alternative date can be agreed upon.
It is essential condition when traveling to carry your own personal health travel insurance. In case of an emergency situation we will do our best to assist you but we are not responsible for any costs you incur nor responsible if you need to cancel.

All tours/classes must be paid in full at the time of prepaid reservations. No personal checks or International checks will be accepted for last minute bookings.

Yes we do and recognize commissions to travel agents and we can offer discounted rates, the rate which applies is the rate at the time of booking.
All vouchers must be presented in the class on arrival, any balances unpaid must be paid on the day directly in cash only unless another form of payment has been accepted by the tour/event provider prior to the class/tour date.
In making the booking and payment you are accepting to the terms and conditions above and claim no right to request a chargeback after attendance or cancellation with visa, MasterCard, PayPal, discover card or American express.
No show or late show for the shuttle departure or class – no refunds can be requested, it is the participant’s responsibility to be at the meeting point on time , the shuttle will not be held up for late arrivers or people who are lost. Nor will the class be held up.
Market tour. You must be punctual and be at the specified market meeting point for the market tour and at the designated time.
Note that the class end time is an indication only as the class could go overtime due to participants questions, the tour or other factors. Plan to be back in the city at the meeting point around 4pm if booking other activities after the class , there will not be a special departure for those wanting to get back earlier with our shuttle , it will leave only once. You may make your own private arrangements for a separate transfer with a taxi or other and incur the cost.
The school cannot be held responsible for the traffic delays for the shuttle service in or out of the city.
If you have a special need to be in the city early please let us know when booking as we can sometimes change the start time of the class or ensure you can get back in on time to catch trains etc.
