    If you loved helping your mother cooking as you where growing up and you always thought about entering in the restaurant business with the job of Chef, then this blog may interest you …
    Become a chef is to agree to play a stimulating and complex role, It means to study, try and engage with tenacious perseverance, elements that will undoubtedly obtain great satisfaction. The chef is one of those professions always required, Employment of chefs and head cooks is projected to grow 8 percent from 2012 to 2022 ,it seem a positive outlook .Also if you want to travel the world this job
    gives you this opportunity , some country like Australia for instance will give you an Immigration Skilled visa to live and work there . There are many realities that require chefs from hotels and Casinos to cruise-ship and resort ,and also millionaires requires skilled chefs in their homes ,office and Private Yacht, if you are god enough we can also hire you to teach Cooking Classes in Florence !! Don’t forget that To be a successful chef you need a comprehensive general education. History, cultural studies, philosophy, math, accounting, biological sciences, economics, art, geography, politics, human relations  are definitely something you can use in the kitchen , whatever you Make and serve you need to know what is behind it .

    Ill give you my two cent worth of advice to pursue the career of chef

    1) DO NOT GET BURNED WITH STAINLESS STEEL PANS
    Kitchen burns can happen very easily ,therefore use Always use oven mitts ,Never touch the stove-top with your bare hand ,Stand back from a hot pan when you remove the lid
    2) MAKING MISTAKES IS PART OF THE LEARNING PROCESS
    make mistakes, just don’t make the same twice.
    3) PRESERVE THE BOY THAT IS IN YOU
    if you are young you mature ,if you are mature you will became “rotten”
    4)WORK WITH ACCURACY,
    to work well and to work badly it takes the same time
    5) CHOOSE GOOD INGREDIENTS
    Starting with fresh, high-quality ingredients is the first step in creating a great dish.
    6) TASTE YOUR FOOD
    Cooks should always taste as they go, striving to balance sweetness, saltiness, and acidity. The balance of textures—something creamy with something crunchy—also helps round out a dish.
    7) SIMPLICITY IS THE ONLY WAY
    avoid over-complicating things. For many meals, a few good, fresh ingredients are all you need.”You don’t need 100 ingredients on a plate, you need five to eight.
